Hi. I am a 27 year old female in need of financial assistance. At the beginning of this year I ended up in the hospital with a very serious medical condition and in need of surgery. I was able to get the surgery but am still in need of medical care. I just can't ever seem to catch up and I have made serious budget cuts in all aspects of my life including food.
